This location has the rudest bartender ever! Our work group really liked the old location on West 52 Street near the Zara. Overall we're coming back for the garlic taco, margaritas and staff! Very inexpensive and great ambiance See less. It's a shame too, because Taco Dumbo really has potential to shine in this neighborhood. Here's hoping he fixes the the nasty demeanor along with the serving sizes of his drink portions. This guy's attitude is such a turn off that he will end up turning away the few patrons left that this establishment. When we left, my friend decided to turn around and use the restroom, and was confronted by the bartender who accused us of leaving without tipping! I'm hoping a manager or someone sees this review because the nice thing about Taco Dumbo is that they have options to email their receipts, and I have copies of all of ours from that night proving tips were paid. We decided to let it go and try it again a second time this past Friday. It was supposed to serve 4-5, we barely got 3 drinks (see pic attached). A few weeks back we ordered a pitcher which was more ice than drink and the bartender was almost offended that we asked them to possibly give us another drink. We've been to the newer location a few steps down on the same block and the experience is day and night. They had really friendly employees and they made the space welcoming and inviting. Overall we're coming back for the garlic taco, margaritas and staff! Very inexpensive and great ambiance Later we were met with the other joselyn and she also had really great energy. She asked very genuine and personal questions that I appreciated. Brought it out for us and actually took the time to talk with us. AMAZING ! Fresh ! HITTING lol all of the above. Okay so in deciding to stay we ordered a pitcher of margarita. She also had the pork and chicken but didn't like them ( at all) My moms favorites was the mushroom, then shrimp. Garlic Shrimp, then pollo Rico, and last was wild and free. Originally we were taking it to go, then decided to sit down and eat. I really appreciated his patience throughout the ordering process.

Joshua greeted us and talked us through the menu and disappointment lol. So I was very sad to find out taco dumbo was no more. I randomly wanted to take my mom to Taco dumbo and when we arrived we found out this past Monday they rebranded. My favorite from the new menu is definitely the garlic shrimp avocado. The short review I would take the time to try out the new menu. The location on *52nd* is now the only one available from the previous chain! Okay so for starters " Taco Dumbo" is now " Azule Cantina".
